No. Your existing service remains active until the port completes. Cutover is scheduled to minimize disruption.

Do you support desk phones and mobile apps?

Yes. We support compatible desk phones (such as Sangoma models) and mobile softphones like Groundwire.

How does mobile calling work?

Mobile apps connect securely to your business phone system, allowing calls over Wi-Fi or cellular data as if you were in the office.

Is a contract required?

No long-term contracts are required. Service is billed monthly.

What internet connection do I need?

Most business-grade internet connections are sufficient. We will advise if specific bandwidth or configuration is needed.
