Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Apogee Labs (“Apogee”, “we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Apogee Labs provides business VoIP and related communication services under the name Apogee Voice.

Billing

• Services are billed on a monthly, per-user basis.
• One-time setup fees may apply.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

Acceptable Use

Services may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or activities that violate telecommunications regulations.

Number Porting

Number porting depends on cooperation from the current carrier. Porting timelines are not guaranteed and may be delayed by third parties.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, services are provided on a best-effort basis. Apogee Labs is not liable for outages caused by upstream providers, network failures, or events beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Apogee Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
